HOW CAN WE HELP?

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
So you’ve ordered something lovely, and just can’t wait to add it to 
your wardrobe! We understand! Your order could be in a couple of 
places... our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with the courier on its way,
or delivered.

The first thing to check is have you had your dispatch email?
If yes, then it's on its way. 

If you haven't got your dispatch email (don't forget to check those junk folders) then your order is waiting to leave us. 
If it has been over 7 days since ordering and you have not received 
your dispatch email, then get in touch via the form below and we will 
be in touch with you as soon as possible.

HOW LONG DOES WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Currently we are only shipping to Ireland, all orders within Ireland should be delivered 
within 2-5 working days from when you receive your order shipment email.

During Christmas period - shipping may take longer.

You will receive your shipment confirmation shortly after you order confirmation email.
 

I NEED TO RETURN MY ORDER?
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not what you wanted.


Please contact us via the contact form below so that we can get this fixed.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;
 

- Your name
- Order number

- Product name and code ( in the description section)

- Description of the fault/issue
 

The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.

if the item is faulty , please have an image of the item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REUND?

We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online except sale items.

- Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging.

- All tags must be still on the clothing for return to be validated.

- the return form must be sent back with the item to our warehouse.

The address for our warehouse is on the return form provided to you in your package.


 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

BORN returns are and easy!

Follow the steps below:
 

VIA AN-POST

  1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

  2. Fill in the returns form that was provided to you.

  3. Return copy of receipt of item in the parcel

  4. Take your parcel to your nearest post office and send it to
    the returns address show on the return form, where you'll receive proof of postage. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
    Postage rates differ depending on purchases.

 
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item.
Please contact us via the form above stating the order number with further details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look
into this for you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

It can usually take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 7 business days. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.
